Project Description
The project involved the construction of a one story 22,000 s.f. retail store for tractor supply distribution, also including a large stockroom and various personnel offices. The building construction consisted of hot rolled steel, open web joists and girders, and masonry block walls.
Services Provided
C&A acted as the prime consultant for the TSC project. C&A conducted all aspects of design and construction management. The project started with a feasibility study to determine the optimum location for the store and walking the project through the site plan approval process. Once site approval was obtained, C&A developed a full contract drawing set for bidding. All drawings were developed by C&A and reviewed by Oxford for conformance to TSC specifications.
C&A construction management services conducted for the project involved bidding to selected contractors, coordinating contractor submissions, and inspecting day to day operations at the site. |
