New residential subdivisions in the Capital District Area and the Hudson Valley .
Services Provided
We work with clients to select sites that meet their development objectives. We complete the subdivision and State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) requirements of each Town to get the subdivision approved. We complete traffic impact assessments, DOT entrance design, Army Corps of Engineers wetland delineation and permitting, and visual resource assessments. Concurrently, we work with the local Health Departments or the New York State Department of Environmental Quality to get approvals for individual well and septic systems or extensions of public water and sewer systems.
