The project involves the construction of a 29,000+ s.f. performance space.
Services Provided
C&A is providing structural engineering services. Structural work involves full design and development of structural drawings from foundation to roof. The structure shall consist of steel beams and columns for floor and roof supports. The flooring and roofing shall consist of composite decking and/or pre-cast concrete planking. The walls shall consist of pre-cast panels.
The main challenges associated with this structure include adhering to all the required guidelines for a performance space including vibration tolerances and numerous large rigging loads. |
