Project Description
The project involved the construction of a 30,000 s.f. pre-engineered building. The building is used for storage and assembly of wood wall panels.
Services Provided
C&A collaborated with Arcon Construction to provide a Design-Build delivery approach for the building. C&A generated building layout plans and foundation plans to obtain a building permit and facilitate construction.
The total clear span on the building is 150'. To optimize the footing sizes, C&A conducted both field and geotechnical laboratory tests of the in-situ soil. C&A also designed structural details for the installation of monorail cranes placed through the building. |
