Project Description
The project involved the construction of a two story 5,000 s.f. retail store for beverage distribution. The building consisted of composite construction of hot rolled steel and wood framing.
Services Provided
C&A provided structural and civil engineering services, as well as expert code review. Structural services involved the design of the entire building from foundation to roof. C&A worked closely with Cobrooke to ensure the most cost effective design was obtained. Civil engineering work performed involved the design of the septic holding system, and NYSDOT entrance. Noted features involved the cantilever construction for the wrapped around porch and gable shear wall construction. |
