Our Company
Crawford & Associates Engineering & Land Surveying, PC began over 20 years ago serving the basic civil engineering needs of the Columbia, Greene and northern Dutchess communities.
The firm did site plans and road, sewer, water and drainage layouts for subdivisions. Appreciating the thoroughness and detail-oriented service we provided, our valued clients quickly started asking for more than just simple site planning services. They needed professional support in getting their buildings built. By making strategic hires and developing our existing staff, we soon added structural and mechanical engineers to accommodate this growing demand.
Our engineering firm now provides a wide range of engineering and land surveying services to an area that extends from the southern portion of the Hudson Valley to the northern reaches of the Capital District.
With the purchase of Alvin B. Huehnel Land Surveying and Plass, Rockefeller & Nucci Land Surveyors, C&A added professional land surveying to our portfolio. We now proudly serve land developers, and can work directly with them from boundary and topographic surveying, to site layout, infrastructure design, wetland delineation, planning/zoning board approvals and construction oversight.
Our Team
C&A’s team will strongly advocate on behalf of our clients and employ a systematic approach to execute all phases of the project. Utilizing our mix of engineers, scientists, technicians, and land surveyors, we pride ourselves on efficiency and strive to provide all of our deliverables on-time and on or under budget. Many of our staff have advanced degrees, additional training and certifications, such as LEED AP; SECB and CPESC.
